Position Overview
As the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily revenue management for a designated hotel region. Integrity and trustworthiness are paramount in this position, as our associates have access to guestrooms and property.
Key Qualifications
Prior hotel experience is required.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Revenue Management Experience Preferred.
Associates or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Access to a major airport is required for this remote position.
Responsibilities
Implement rate and inventory controls for assigned hotels in brand-specific systems.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the hotel's RevPAR and competitiveness in the market.
Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics through property visits and meetings with GM & Director of Sales.
Assist in monthly forecasts and annual revenue budgets.
Lead weekly strategy meetings with property and regional teams.
Analyze STAR reports and other data to make pricing recommendations.
Collaborate with hotel GM, Director of Sales, and Regional Director of Sales to maximize group and LNR rates.
Manage high-demand and special event dates for optimal revenue potential.
Communicate revenue management philosophies effectively to property staff.
Participate in webinars, meetings, and presentations to properties, regional, and corporate teams.
Requirements
Night and weekend work may be required for specific deadlines.
Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
May involve working more than 40 hours per week consistently.
Extended periods of sitting and frequent computer usage.
