Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding healthcare organization dedicated to providing remote patient monitoring services for individuals managing chronic health conditions. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Patient Intake Specialists who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with diabetes or hypertension. Our services are a valuable benefit offered by insurance companies, and we need individuals who can ensure our patients have an exceptional experience.
Position Overview
As a Patient Intake Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, enrolling individuals into our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, where your primary goal will be to create a seamless and positive experience for each caller.

Location: Must be based in the State of Florida.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathy: Passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
Efficiency: Strong phone handling skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Flexibility: Availability for flexible shifts between 9 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, or 12 pm to 8 pm.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate documentation of all patient communications.
Schedule and organize appointments.
Maintain and update medical records and insurance reports.
Regularly update patient charts.
Generate and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Provide efficient and accurate responses to callers, guiding them toward solutions and ensuring they feel valued.
Properly utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools.
Actively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the company and your role.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
PC with a minimum 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB of free space (a computer test will be conducted).
Proficient computer navigation skills.
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
High-speed Ethernet-based home internet connection (no WiFi, hotspot, or wireless).
A quiet and distraction-free home office space.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate: $12 to $14 per hour.
