Your Role As a Nurse Recruiter
As a Nurse Recruiter at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing candidates. Your mission is to cultivate strong, professional relationships through the delivery of exceptional customer service grounded in mutual respect, understanding, and trust.
Summary Of Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Nurse Recruiting Experience (Preferred)
Demonstrated competitive drive and a commitment to excellence
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in networking and relationship-building
Strong background in internet research tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Recruiter Responsibilities
Develop effective recruitment strategies utilizing various tools
Identify and engage with qualified Registered Nurse candidates
Establish and maintain enduring relationships with Registered Nurse candidates
Demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
Assess the strengths, needs, and aspirations of Registered Nurse candidates and align them with suitable opportunities
Educate candidates on compensation and benefits packages, highlighting the advantages of a travel career
Clearly outline wage rates, per diem, and employment terms, securing commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities
