We are seeking an experienced and passionate Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in originating, developing, and overseeing design concepts in collaboration with the Vice President of Design.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Minimum Of 10 Years' Experience As a Designer.
Registered Architect.
Extensive experience in all phases of architecture and engineering, including planning and designing complex projects.
Responsibilities
Originate, develop, and oversee design concepts.
Prepare design documents during the development phase.
Update and refine design documents as needed.
Generate multiple solutions to design challenges.
May supervise less senior team members during project phases.
Ensure project phases stay on schedule.
Collaborate with clients to present design concepts.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
