Position Summary
As a Restaurant Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering training for new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and various training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead restaurant training programs for nationwide new restaurant openings, covering both Company-owned and Franchise restaurants.
Collaborate with Field Training Managers to develop trainers for new restaurant openings.
Manage updates and enhancements to the New Restaurant Opening training materials.
Provide training and support for company-wide initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Offer support for key initiatives as required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of field training and/or operations experience, with a focus on hospitality and a passion for developing people.
Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills.
Proven project management capabilities, driving ideas into action.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written information, such as procedure manuals, Company communications, or governmental regulations.
Frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity.
Occasional travel may be required to attend off-site training, meetings, and seminars.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods, often restricted to the employee's workstation.
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds.
Travel
Approximately 75% of the time.
