Paid Media Specialist - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a talented Paid Media Manager for an exciting remote position. As part of our Marketing Solutions Team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing multiple paid media accounts across various platforms including paid search, display advertising, paid social, YouTube, Google My Business, Amazon, and more. Your initial responsibilities will encompass strategy development, budget management, bid optimization, account configuration, target refinement, and client reporting. As we grow, you'll also take on the task of building a dedicated paid media team and implementing streamlined processes. Additionally, your support will extend to sales efforts, involving client interactions, call participation, and new prospect audits.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Strategize, execute, and oversee campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals
Possess expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, and Co-op Advertising
Manage paid strategies for marketplaces like Amazon
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (organic social, email, PR, SEO) to craft cohesive omnichannel experiences
Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovative ideas
Continuously optimize campaigns, covering aspects like budgets, conversions, bids, ad creatives, audience targeting, and more
Exhibit initiative in leading advanced projects
Communicate effectively, influencing data-driven decisions
Leverage reporting, analytics, and trends for insights
Support clients by delivering strategic visions
Forecast and drive account growth
Provide opportunity analysis and assist in sales endeavors
Explore new avenues for business development
Utilize data for personalized experiences and improved outcomes
Enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, traffic, ROAS, and revenue
Exhibit proficiency in Facebook Pixel and Google Tagging
Cultivate and manage relationships with agencies and vendors
Develop case studies to contribute to the growth of the paid media practice
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
Google AdWords Certification
Proficiency in Adwords Display, Search, Bing, Yahoo, Social, Retargeting, Amazon, etc.
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
4-5 years of experience in the paid media industry
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and project management skills
Demonstrated growth in prior roles with increased responsibilities
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with clients
Proficiency in analyzing and translating data into actionable recommendations
Team management abilities for efficient project execution
