Who We're Looking For
We are in search of an English and Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and platform excellence. The ideal candidate will become an expert on our products, helping Creators and Businesses navigate our platforms, resolving issues, and contributing valuable insights to enhance their experience.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Provide top-notch customer service via Intercom, ensuring exceptional satisfaction among our Businesses and Creators.
Handle customer inquiries and promptly address any complaints.
Offer comprehensive information about our products and services.
Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.
Review and validate the content on our platform to ensure it aligns with our quality standards and guidelines.
Develop an in-depth understanding of how information connects within our products, enabling you to efficiently address client issues.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, issues, bugs, or complaints.
Create and sustain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
What You Need To Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in customer service, troubleshooting, or related fields.
Availability for Wednesday to Sunday shifts, 6 PM - 2 AM EST (8-hour shifts) if located in FL/CA.
A remote work setup with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for providing outstanding customer care and a commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Strong prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Keen attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
The ability to break down complex problems and explain them clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, and CMS management.
Articulate and concise communication skills in both written and spoken English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
