Solution Consultant - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a passionate Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our valued customers and the implementation team, ensuring the successful design and implementation of tailored solutions. Your expertise will extend to crafting custom solutions within our cutting-edge Pacejet Product’s extension framework.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with both customers and our implementation team to ensure seamless implementation of the 3GTMS Cloud Shipping solution.
Become a subject matter expert in the functionalities and customization capabilities of our innovative solution, providing insights and guidance.
Educate and empower our staff with a deep understanding of customization capabilities.
Lead engaging discussions with customers to comprehend their unique business needs, offering strategic recommendations for customization when the standard solution falls short.
Demonstrate your expertise through proactive screen share sessions with customers, accounting for approximately 70% of your time.
Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering clear communication between internal departments and stakeholders to guarantee the timely and professional delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and VP of Implementation Services to establish fair pricing and effective business practices for customizations.
Document customer interactions using our CRM system, ensuring transparency in customization status within the project's larger context.
Exchange crucial information with fellow implementation team members, addressing priorities, timelines, and emerging issues.
Cultivate and enhance your proficiency in implementation best practices, our evolving software, and product/service offerings.
As needed, actively implement 3GTMS solutions to support customer and business requirements.
Leverage your essential experience in WMS or EDI to drive value in your role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of prior implementation experience to the table, showcasing a strong track record in requirements gathering, business analysis, and the creation of Statements of Work. This experience should encompass comprehensive testing of custom work to ensure alignment with Statements of Work before customer delivery. Warehouse, shipping, or parcel experience is highly valuable.

You'll possess a strong grasp of the interplay between business and technology. Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and verbal, will define your success. Leading screen share sessions with customers will invigorate you as you passionately share your knowledge. Familiarity with shipping business processes is advantageous.
