Instructor, Real Estate - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Part-time Real Estate Instructors in California. As a Real Estate Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality live classroom experiences to our students. You will be the guiding force in helping aspiring real estate professionals succeed in their educational journey.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as a trusted industry expert in real estate.
Demonstrate exceptional teaching skills and the ability to actively engage students in the classroom.
Prioritize mentoring and driving student success through your guidance.
Effectively manage classroom dynamics to create an optimal learning environment.
Address student inquiries during live classes and provide follow-up support as needed.
Ensure the smooth execution of class schedules as per established itineraries.
Adapt your teaching style based on feedback and constructive criticism.
Supply relevant handouts, books, and course materials as required.
Comply with specific requirements, including attendance, time schedules, and addressing student concerns.
Maintain consistent communication with product line management to stay informed about scheduling, curriculum updates, and classroom changes.
Minimum Requirements
Possess the state-required experience or education qualifications to serve as an instructor.
Hold an active Real Estate License.
Proficiency in the use of Google Suite.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in real estate.
Ability to effectively incorporate technology into teaching methods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability to embrace new teaching methods and adjust course materials as necessary.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required for classroom materials.
Strong presentation and teaching skills.
