We're seeking an individual with a wealth of experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Human Capital Officer, or in similar roles. In this role, you'll collaborate with our team of experts to provide top-notch solutions for businesses around the globe. Your insights will help CEOs and business owners align their talent, optimize training, and boost overall team effectiveness.
What You'll Do
Leverage your talent strategy expertise to guide clients in finding the right talent, aligning employees with company strategy, and maximizing their potential.
Foster strong business relationships, expanding your network and seizing opportunities to connect with potential clients.
Engage with CEOs and business owners as a trusted peer, uncovering core organizational challenges and providing strategic solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Five or more years of experience as a senior talent strategist, Chief Human Capital Officer, or equivalent.
