What Does a Typical Day Look Like for an HR Customer Care Specialist? You'll Be Responsible for:
Handling inbound telephone and email inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, employee benefits, records, compensation, employee relations, talent management, recruiting, HR information systems (HRIS), and payroll.
Exercising independent judgment to interpret inquiries, identify root causes of issues, and provide appropriate guidance and direction.
Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
This Job Might Be An Ideal Fit If You
Hold a bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience.
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or training, coupled with demonstrated customer service expertise.
Possess a strong understanding of HR principles.
