What You'll Do

Be the go-to source for inquiries about the contracts process, providing seamless support.
Make a meaningful impact through accurate data entry and management using cutting-edge technology.
Safeguard the integrity of our contract database and related tools.
Play a key part in ensuring that new suppliers are brought onboard seamlessly, including managing essential administrative tasks.
Be the guardian of contract files, keeping them in tip-top compliance shape.
Connecting the Dots (20%):
Collaborate closely with suppliers and operations teams, orchestrating clear communication and negotiation of contracts.
Manage the ebb and flow of transition plans for service providers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Champion of Compliance (30%):
Put on your detective hat to audit sourcing and contracting policies and procedures, ensuring everything aligns.
Foster strong relationships with Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms are on point.

Your Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
