As a Supply Chain-Drop Shipment Leadership Trainee, you'll embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of our business, with the goal of becoming a future leader. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you'll take on:
Initial Responsibilities
Keeping our customers in the loop with the latest information on their drop shipped orders.
Assisting in the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our systems.
Collaborating with our dedicated Order Optimization and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Building and nurturing relationships with our vendors to ensure timely and accurate drop shipments.
Analyzing vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategic solutions.
Identifying opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Qualifications
