Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts while collaborating with various departments. This is an in-office position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and creative work environment.
Primary Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat X Standard or higher, and familiarity with WordPress.
A strong team player with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
3-5 years of experience in web content management, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
Ability to harness the power of social media for effective marketing campaigns.
Creativity in crafting compelling copy and content for various platforms, including web, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and email marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Website Management:
Keep the company website up-to-date with current project information and visuals.
Manage and curate blog posts and videos.
Utilize WordPress to maintain and update the website backend.
Monitor website leads, generate reports, and implement SEO, SEM, and SMO strategies.
Gather and analyze data related to leads and sales calls.
  • Social Media Engagement:
Regularly update and manage multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Houzz, Google Plus, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Diverse Marketing Campaigns:
Contribute to residential and commercial pool advertising campaigns through various channels, such as direct mail, community flyers, print ads, company signage, promotional items, trade shows, awards, and company recognition.
Assist in the updating of company brochures.
Collaborate with sales staff, providing necessary information and visuals for residential projects.
  • Business Development:
Attend networking events and business gatherings to foster connections and business growth (approximately 1-2 times per month).
  • Additional Responsibilities:
Provide occasional secretarial support to company owners.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
Communicate and follow up with clients via email and phone.
Facilitate out-of-office deliveries and pickups as needed.
Capture project photos and videos on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications
Background in business, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated achievements in previous roles.
Experience maintaining and updating websites.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results through collaboration.
Effective organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Technical proficiency in strategic planning, marketing, business development, market research, and promotions/advertising.
Ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives, staff, and work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Customer-focused mindset, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Experience In The Construction Industry.
May involve providing clerical and administrative support to management and sales team members as needed.
Capacity to design and execute mailing campaigns.
