We're seeking an independent contractor for a virtual administrative and organizational development role that will focus on three pivotal aspects of our business
Client Engagement and Appointment Setting
New Agent Recruiting and Onboarding Support
Overall Agency Development for Sustainable Growth
This role offers flexibility, requiring an estimated commitment of 36-38 hours per week, with time blocks typically spanning 4 hours each, both during the day and evening. This schedule maximizes our outreach to potential clients and recruits. Initially remote with some in-person meetings, this position may involve occasional travel (approximately 2 - 4 times annually) for conferences and agent incentive trips.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential clients, setting a minimum of 15 appointments weekly. We provide you with high-quality warm leads, and your task is to call, qualify, and schedule appointments using our automated dialer system integrated with Google Calendar. Additionally, you'll manage lead communication via an automated CRM/database system, optimize recruiting efforts, assist new agents with onboarding, engage existing clients, and create engaging social media content.
The vision for this role includes evolving with greater responsibilities and compensation, ultimately streamlining our business for sustainable agency development. Your contribution will increase our capacity to serve clients and onboard new agents efficiently.

Responsibilities
Call, text, and email potential and existing clients, scheduling a minimum of 15 appointments weekly
Manage Google Calendar
Maintain the CRM/database
Oversee social media content
Develop and implement ongoing client relationship strategies
Lead new agent recruitment efforts
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to track agent and agency progress
Coordinate meetings, travel, and incentive trips

Time / Compensation / Requirements
Initially, this role requires approximately 36 hours per week, with compensation incentives for those already licensed as a Life and Health producer. Licensing will be a requirement for this role if not already possessed, with additional compensation opportunities arising post-licensing (within the first 60 days).
Please note that successful candidates must pass an extensive background check, as certain criminal and financial issues may hinder licensing.
As an independent contractor, you should have a home office equipped with high-speed internet, a smartphone with reliable cell service, a newer laptop, a dual monitor, and a printer. Compensation rates are negotiable, with invoices paid bi-monthly. Your compensation can grow over time based on your individual performance and our business growth.
