Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external Data Feeds for reporting
  • Assist with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors
  • Work closely with HR team and Manager on all aspects of HR
  • Onboarding, termination, compliance, benefits administration, leave of absence management, performance management and employee relations
  • Manage all LOA, FMLA, ADA requests
  • Review payroll process and update employee details in system
  • Create spreadsheets and analyze data to make business decisions/recommendations
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Assist with training new hires


Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office skills and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, macros etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in ADP preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of HR hands-on experience
