Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions (a division of the Adecco Group specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, and Human Resources Executive Search) has partnered with an established nationwide sports equipment distributor to find their new HR Director. This individual will oversee the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration, and evaluation of the Human Resources department.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000

Location: Orlando area

Schedule: Hybrid, remote 2 days a week

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.

· SHRM or PHR preferred.

· 5+ years of HR Leadership experience, 10+ years of experience in HR.

· Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

· Skilled at developing initiatives, policies, procedures, and decision-making for account plans.
