Position Summary:

The /General Affairs & Human Resources is responsible for managing company events, efficiently manage and operate human resources, and train employees to support business goal achievement according to business strategy. Enhance corporate value and to support stable business activities. Enhance work satisfaction of management and employees through supporting work environment, business travel (domestic/abroad) support, asset management, and automobile management. Build cooperative corporate-labor relationship and foster healthy organizational culture to enhance work satisfaction for management and employees.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage asset acquisition inventory and tracking
  • Provide Human Resources support maintaining confidentiality
  • Process AP in Openplace, ensuring accuracy
  • Facilities tidiness coordination
  • Manage the external supplier’s contracts and services
  • Manage time-sensitive, cross-functional assignments, using critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • To do deployment of corporate campaigns (Annual Salary Review, Annual Performance Evaluation, Annual Work Environment Survey-SCI, Annual Training Plan) through meetings, presentation and execution.
  • Work as a business partner and trust advisor to the Branch Manager about people management
  • Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse Departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as order management and accounting
  • To do deployment and ensure the right execution of HR and Facilities policies involving: benefits, payroll, vacations, medical licenses, work time, labor regulations, work tools usage, business trip, expenses reimbursement, etc.
  • Manage procurement PIC, process SAP’ vendor registration, and service acquisition
  • Receive compliance issues and share with RHQ
  • Collaborate with New Hire onboard set up. Coordinate the HR New Hire activities, involving compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition, internal communication and labor relations by processes execution among HR team
  • Resolve problems concerning accounts payable, logistics systems, building and equipment maintenance issues
  • Manage the Facilities activities involving general affairs duties (office material and cleaning, purchasing, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal communication and internal events to the employees Branch. Participate of events, meeting and campaign with RHQ
  • Coordinate outsourcing procurement and SAP process


Requirements


  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SAP Experience a plus
  • Inventory maintenance experience a plus
  • English/Spanish Bilingual preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, Logistics Industry or General Affairs & HR is required
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
