Human Resources Specialist Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Specialist assists with the full life-cycle of recruitment and manages the on-boarding process for all new hires from point of offer of employment, general orientation including benefit enrollment and benefit operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all appropriate new hire documentation is obtained, recorded in UKG and uploaded into the employee file management system. The Human Resources Specialist is a proven expert in all facets of on-boarding, job description development, benefit operations and the highest level of customer service to all constituents of the Human Resources Department.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree preferred
• Strong proven knowledge of HR and Employment laws, regulations and best practices
• Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs.
• Minimum of (3) three years of experience in a human resources operations with healthcare experience preferred
• Expert level knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG Preferred
• Professional communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization and candidates
• SHRM, HRCI or other related certification preferred
• Expert knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems and operations
