Title: Degree & Experience Exception Specialist/ HR Compliance/ HR Admin

Location: Miami FL 33187(Remote)

Shift : 6:00am - 2:30pm EST

Conduct a thorough review and validation of employee files in workday by verifying the accuracy of resumes/workday profiles by comparing to the GCRF. If inaccurate will request additional documentation from HRBP’s to support GCRF or verify if a degree & experience exception form exists in missing instances. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding degree and experience requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines. Document all findings and maintain well-organized records of exceptions. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of exception validation

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using: Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe, Docusign).
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in data validation or auditing is preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
