Overview The Senior Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Human Resources department. This includes analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to the HR team. The Senior Human Resources Analyst is also responsible for providing guidance and support to the HR team in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Detailed Job Description The Senior Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Human Resources department. This includes analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to the HR team. The Senior Human Resources Analyst is also responsible for providing guidance and support to the HR team in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. The Senior Human Resources Analyst will work closely with the HR team to ensure that the organization’s HR policies and procedures are being followed. The Senior Human Resources Analyst will also be responsible for developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
