JOB PURPOSE
- Process new hire and termination paperwork
- Process and track any unemployment claim paperwork and follow up as needed
- Assist employees with questions regarding HR platform, benefits, and where to find company information as a whole
- Place Job Postings, internal and/or external
- Assist with online reporting (eg. EEOC, ACA Compliance, etc.)
- Pull and maintain various reports in order to monitor accuracy, timeliness and/or complete data and documentation within HR and Finance Platforms
- Maintain and update HR related forms and documentation within company's proprietary platform (FMP)
- Monitor and enter in Overtime hours and low hours worked
- Review bi-monthly payroll prior to the run and enter payroll breakouts into Finance platforms
- Process employee changes within all applicable platforms
- Departmental Training of New Hires
- Provide training and support to hiring managers with respect to hiring processes and procedures
- Everyday assistance with Human Resource related tasks
- Assist with Benefits Re-enrollment
- Other administrative duties or related tasks as requested by the Director of Finance and Human Resources
- Assist with Intranet Postings
- Understand ethical behavior and business practices, ensuring behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with organizational standards and guidelines
- Ability to respond in a thorough and timely manner
- Ability to speak, write and listen clearly
- Appropriate use of effective communication tools and techniques
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals
- Excellent decision making skills that enhance organizational effectiveness

- Ability to set priorities, develop work schedules, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
