Job Description
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets


  • Previous employment experience in Human Resource
  • Workday HCM experience (a plus)
  • Communication, Teamwork, and Research Skills
  • Previous customer Service experience
  • (Does not need to be bilingual this was a requirement of previous postings)


Day To Day Responsibilities


  • Triage or resolve inquiries within the Case Management system according to defined processes and procedures; These issues may include navigational support/answers regarding Workday, payroll, or any wide variety of HR topics.
  • Providing superb customer service as measured by Service Level Agreements and contact center metrics.
  • Respond to staff members human resource inquiries received via phone, email, or Self Service.
  • Perform limited transactions in Workday and provide suggestions for system improvements.
  • Support and back up other team members in their daily activities while encouraging and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
Red Flags:

PAY RATE : $20-$22/hr on W2
