Overview A Human Resources Workday Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Human Resources systems. The analyst will work closely with the HR team to ensure that the system is configured and maintained to meet the organization’s needs. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Workday Analyst is responsible for the following:
• Configuring and maintaining Workday Human Resources systems to meet the organization’s needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday Human Resources systems.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new Workday Human Resources processes and procedures.
• Working with the HR team to ensure that data is accurately entered and maintained in the system.
• Providing technical support to users of the Workday Human Resources system.
• Participating in system testing and upgrades.
• Developing and delivering training to users of the Workday Human Resources system.

• Knowledge of Workday Human Resources systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working with Workday Human Resources systems.
• Experience with system configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with system testing and upgrades.
