Job Description

iVox Solutions is looking for someone that is self-motivated, outgoing and dependable. The candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of the HR/Administrative Assistant position with the ability to manage a busy Human Resources' front desk. The HR/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all staff, clients and applicants. The HR/Administrative Assistant is also responsible for providing assistance to all departments.


Monday - Friday


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Interact with clients, vendors, staff, and visitors
  • Compile data and prepare reports for presentation to the management team
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
  • Support management in assigned project-based work
  • Oversee all aspects of front desk office coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and departmental information
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email

  • KEY COMPETENCIES:

    • Must be able to work as a team and as an individual
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
    • Ability to operate office equipment such as, computers, telephone systems, copiers, and printers
    • Understanding of HR processes procedures
    • Good writing, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Job Type: Full-time


    Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
