Voxel is hiring a Recruiting & People Operations Lead! You will be crucial in shaping our company's success by attracting top-tier talent. Additionally, you will oversee and optimize our people operations processes to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
•Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for positions, focusing on AI and ML technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, job descriptions, and team dynamics to ensure successful candidate placements.
•Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical screenings and interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels
•Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork.
•Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
•Create and utilize survey data to identify areas of improvement and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience.
•Plan and coordinate team activities and company-wide events
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree
•Experience in technical recruiting at a SAAS company with a strong emphasis on hiring technical engineering positions
•In-depth knowledge of the AI and ML landscape, including technologies, tools, programming languages, and industry trends.
•Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders effectively.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Experience with HR processes and procedures, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
•Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
