We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager, University Programs to join our People & Places team!


What you’ll do:


  • Create unique ways for us to find hard-to-get talent in the marketplace, including our presence at recruiting events and conferences
  • Develop and implement an early career recruiting strategy (including intern, apprenticeship program, and new grad hiring) for all organizations across Snap globally
  • Define and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals
  • Design an operating model for the team that allows us to be proactive, creates process efficiencies, and is built to scale
  • Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategy
  • Elevate our Early Career Programs through efficient operational rigor and increasing conversion rates
  • Partner with business leaders to align on skills and competencies needed for interns to be successful in their role
  • Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talent
  • Scale Snap’s University Program for efficiency and automation with guardrails for global support
  • Partner with business leaders to execute their entry level hiring needs and recruit for Interns, Apprentices, and New Graduates
  • Lead, coach, and develop University Programs team to meet the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing organization


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Domain level expertise in Early Career Pipeline Recruiting & Program development that will level up team members and our existing programs & recruiting practices
  • Strong program management skills designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that can scale
  • Embodiment of our values of Smart, Kind, and Creative in all that you do and everyone you interact with
  • Ability to work with, and influence, multiple people across the organization (i.e., TA Leadership, HR, Finance, Business leaders, etc.) and tailor communication based on audience
  • A deep passion for building effective and high-performing teams
  • Deep experience in networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
  • Ability to build and execute University Programs globally
  • An analytical mindset, thus understanding the importance of tracking metrics and taking action on them
  • Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills which promote the ability to quickly prioritize various projects and initiatives taking action where needed
  • Ability to think operationally and often partnering with Talent Acquisition to develop effective processes


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of University Programs experience
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of professionals
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years experience focused on a global University Programs function
  • 2+ years experience partnering with executives and management across various business units
  • 4+ years experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Piazza, and Gem


Compensation:


In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.


  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $166,000 - $238,000 annually
  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000 annually
  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $149,000 - $213,000 annually


This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
