Job Summary


Our state-of-the-art Contact Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates! As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for aiding with the daily functions of the recruiting team for our contact centers. Your passion for helping others and engaging personality will be needed, as you assist Tri Source teammates and applicants. As an appointment setter, your positive attitude, strong organization skills, and excellent communication techniques will help you to provide the best possible service to our employees and applicants.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contact applicants to schedule interviews in our contact centers.
  • Assisting in tracking applicants through the recruiting process using various databases and recruiting software.
  • Greet and assist all new team members arriving for interviews in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Management Staff.
  • Answering a multiline phone, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Administrating assessments.


Requirements


  • Excellent organizational skills are vital to success.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures to include labor laws and wage and hour compliance preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective written communication to include reports, tracking systems, file notes, e-mail correspondence, facsimile correspondence, and other required methods.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to use independent judgment and effectively prioritize.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle documents, issues, and conversations with extreme confidentiality.
  • Ability to positively communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to maintain objectivity in times of pressure.
