Opportunity Statement

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Ops team, working hybrid from our new offices in Fremont CA. The People Operations Coordinator drives our mission by working with employees to ensure Ivalua is a great place to work. This role provides support in all areas of HR Operations, Immigration, Systems, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic audits of people data to ensure HRIS is accurate
• Be able to pull reports, process data changes, and manage various compliance tasks; background screening, I-9, EEO, etc.
• Assist in other key HR areas; Health & Wellness Program, Benefits Enrollment, and Immigration applications
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within People Ops Coordinator work
• Support onboarding activities including coordination and delivery of new hire orientation, communication, swag & buddy programs
• Support any other special projects as needed
• Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner

Skills You Need To Succeed

• Attention to detail and ability to effectively organize and execute on priorities
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism – can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for team
• Strong interest in process improvement – you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined
• Candidate should be onsite - 5 days a week
• Global mindset – ability to adapt to various people and cultures with a cohesive view in mind.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The compensation range for this position reflects the cost of labor across our US locations and is based upon careful and continual market research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: People Operations Coordinator

Range minimum: Base $ 42k

Range maximum: Base $78k

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered.
