Dreamfest People Operations Team

Dreamfest is an annual concert event associated with Dreamforce, which is Salesforce's massive user conference held in San Francisco. Dreamforce, organized by Salesforce, is one of the largest tech conferences in the world, bringing together thousands of attendees for sessions, workshops, networking events, and more, all focused on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Dreamfest is one of the highlights of the Dreamforce experience. It's a concert for conference attendees, and over the years, it has featured numerous big-name artists. Past performers have included bands and artists like U2, Bruno Mars, Foo Fighters, and many others. The event provides attendees with a fun and relaxing break from the more business-focused activities of the conference.

We are looking for team members to join the People Operations Team.

General Duties

We will have you placed in a location near Moscone Convention Center or Chase Center Stadium, and you will be within the city wide event perimeter, answering questions of event attendees, directing people, and assisting to make sure the area is safe for conference attendees.

Reporting Relationships

Each team member will have a lead that they report to.

Physical Requirements

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable with extended durations of standing.

Proficient in handling, lifting, and maneuvering heavy items, including pushing and pulling.

Skilled in actions like stooping, crouching, and kneeling.

Essential listening and speaking abilities. During a typical workday, engagement with large groups necessitates clear auditory perception and articulate verbal expression.
