Hr & Recruiting Assistant

The enthusiastic DeciBio Consulting (“DeciBio”) Strategy Consulting team is seeking a multi-faceted and mind-reading Recruiting and HR assistant with a Five-Star-Hotel sense of service.

Successful candidates for this role aspire to take on additional HR and/or Recruiting responsibilities and ultimately grow into a Head of HR or similar role over the long run.This position is based in our Los Angeles headquarters, which presently operates on a hybrid office attendance schedule (3 days per week).

Core Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

• SCREENING:Screen candidates and learn DeciBio's uniquely rigorous and creative evaluation system
• COORDINATION:Work with our ATS software, various team members, and team members' calendars, to coordinate interviewing schedules and logistics as well as address emails and other inquiries on an ad hoc basis
• SUPPORT:Help facilitate a red-carpet candidate experience from start to finish ... and beyond, fulfilling responsibilities with a high standard of care and purpose
• MARKETING:Support recruit marketing efforts

HR

• HR Operations:Support onboarding, offboarding, file management, and other processes
• Culture:Serve on the Culture Committee and create incredible experiences
• Compliance:Help maintain compliance with employment law and find improvements

Office Management:Help keep the HQ running smoothly and support owners on an ad hoc basis

Job Requirements:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Recruiting experience, including experience with an ATS -- and/or exceptionally diverse life experiences that helps provide an understanding of all people and their experiences
• College degree (Psychology, law, social science, or business administration may be preferred but not required)
• Superb presentation and writing, with an ability to serve as a "high bandwidth communicator"
