The Vice President, of People Operations, will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the company’s performance management and HR initiatives. The position will require extensive knowledge of HR, people management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Partner with other department leaders to identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and cultivate a performance-based culture including processes for regular reviews, employee development, and up-leveling of high performers
• Manage the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key departments and develop KPIs to ensure accountability throughout the organization.
• Head the HR and Recruiting departments
• Oversee the HRIS system
• Design and execute employee development and training programs that support career growth and advancement
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and support the company's goals

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leader and manager of managers, providing mentorship and development
• A strong foundation of business fundamentals, including a data-driven mindset and thorough understanding of key business drivers and their measurement
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership or Operations leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
