About Flowspace:


Flowspace is a software platform powering fulfillment for brands in ecommerce. Its OmniFlow software provides brand operators with the real-time visibility into inventory, orders, and fulfillment activity needed to control ecommerce operations across all channels. Integrated within a network of +130 fulfillment locations, Flowspace empowers hundreds of brands in DTC and retail to provide their customers with quick, seamless fulfillment and delivery.

We are seeking the third member of our People Operations (Pops) team. Pops supports the Flowspace team by facilitating an inclusive, values-driven and high-performing culture. The team is responsible for championing Flowspace’s company culture, building HR infrastructure, as well as developing and executing upon strategies to recruit, engage, develop, and retain top talent at Flowspace.


While we are a remote-first company, the People Operations Associate will mainly work from our headquarters in Costa Mesa. The role is multi-faceted and designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the organizations.


What You'll Do:


  • Light Tech Support
  • Oversee FlowFest logistics, our annual staff conference
  • Troubleshooting basic computer issues
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining office equipment, supplies, and facilities
  • Assisting with HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Office Management
  • Manage the quarterly performance conversation process
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among staff members
  • Facilitate the bi-weekly All Hands Meeting content and logistics
  • Developing and implementing employee recognition programs
  • Collaborating on the People Operations initiatives
  • Coordinate office activities such as meetings, mail, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic computer issues and onboarding such as laptops, printers and scanners
  • Support the CEO and Leadership team with travel and other logistics as needed
  • Managing email accounts and distribution lists
  • Assisting with software installations and updates
  • Organizing team-building activities and events
  • Coordinating the returns process, in the event items are mistakenly returned to the office
  • Maintaining inventory of hardware and software licenses
  • Ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
Who We're Looking For:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience as an office manager or similar role
  • Highly detail-oriented Event planning experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in the Costa Mesa office at least 3 days per week
  • Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and other office software
Other Helpful Things To Know:


  • The majority of the company works in remote positions, so our employees must be able to successfully function in a virtual setting, including the ability to work with/ manage teams across various time zones, with reasonable expectations/ hours
  • Light travel required, of approx. 1-3 x per year for employee team gatherings, team building, brainstorming sessions and team conferences
  • Employees must be able to successfully manage a variety of virtual technology and collaborative tools, to successfully communicate and manage their remote environment (i.e. Slack, Zoom, etc)
Salary Range: $24-$29/hourly rate (approximately $50,000 - $60,000 base before overtime)
