Junior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation of business development activities. As a key member of the team, the Business Development Manager will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and executing initiatives to expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and target clients in line with our business objectives

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to create leads/opportunities to meet sales targets

- Identify, engage and establish relationships with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences

- Build a strong pipeline of business opportunities by proactively identifying and qualifying leads

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth

- Track and analyze business development metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred but not required. Newly graduated preferred.

- Understanding of different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Cold calling via email, phone and in-person

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations

- Proficient in Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms easily

- Ability to “multitask” and manage multiple projects simultaneously
