As a Senior Account Manager/Business Development Representative at Wilkinson Staffing Agency, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our startup staffing agency. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong client relationships, driving client-side sales, and securing service agreements with companies in need of staffing solutions. This is a commission-only position with the potential for a rewarding residual income based on the total value of the contracts you close.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients in various industries to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to understand their staffing needs and build trust.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to tailor effective staffing solutions and value propositions.
- Present and demonstrate our agency's services to clients, showcasing our expertise in delivering top talent and providing exceptional staffing solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize service agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions meet both the client's and agency's expectations.
- Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to match qualified candidates with client requirements, ensuring high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and consultation on staffing-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, continuously driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and contracts using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in client-side sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the value of our staffing services.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of your sales pipeline and driving it to successful outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology tools to streamline sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
