Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our IT services and solutions, including CMS, CRM, DevOps, ERP, augmented managed services, IT strategy, Rapid Prototyping, Application services, Maintenance efforts, Engineering, Big data, Cloud Migration, Microservices, Consulting solutions & SaaS, to clients across various industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.
Gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.
Infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels within 'large enterprise' and 'mid-market' accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure business development initiatives are aligned with business objectives
Use various tools and platforms, including Zoom Info, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, and Hub spot, to track and manage leads and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
High-level understanding of Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, Cloud, and Consultative Technology Enterprise Sales.
The candidate must have closed multiple IT service deals.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
It must be an American.
Should be present in New York City.
Must have sound knowledge to interact with C-level executives.
Contract-based role ( Fixed pay along with sales-based Incentives.)
