Job Description

Yonggui Business Development Manager- Connector Industry

Company Introduction

Yonggui is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research and development, manufacturing, sales and technical support of various connectors, connector systems and smart precision products with 50 years of experience. Our products are widely used in new energy and vehicle, rail transit, communications and special market,etc.

Yonggui 2022 sales is $228M, YoY 31% increase. It’s a China stock listed company and one of the leading connector supplier in China.

In 2023, Yonggui has inaugurated our globalization strategy and we’re receiving warm welcome from OEMs out of Europe, North America and APAC regions. Out goal for globalization is to achieve equivalent sales as China market.

Job Overview

  • Weekly / monthly reporting on sales and key account performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Associate with group /local marketing team by participating exhibitions,seminars, forums,workshops,etc.
  • Achieve the annual targets for the team and for himself/herself.
  • Handle clients' inquiries and complaints with professional manner.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
  • Assist with preparation of technical and commercial proposals during tendering stage.
  • Develop sales /marketing strategies and execute the plans.
  • Networking with peers in order to generate new business for the companv
  • Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients, new market and new product.
  • Maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting

Job Requirements

  • Chinese language is a plus
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Job experience in new energy or railway segment is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Adaption of frequent short-term travel national wide.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience in connector industry

Location

US, Mexico, Germany, Poland, India, Singapore, Thailand as primary locations.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
