Currently, our client operates in various areas:


  1. They cover all phases of clinical development, ranging from Phases I to IV.
  2. They possess deep therapeutic expertise across all therapeutic areas.
  3. They offer both global full services and stand-alone services to cater to client needs.
  4. Their operations combine global, international, and local expertise.


As the Executive Director of Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers in renowned pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This role involves fostering long-term strategic partnerships and developing comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts within your region.


Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development, your key tasks will include:


  1. Creating well-thought-out annual business plans for your region's assigned accounts.
  2. Devising a clear strategy and approach to drive additional growth within strategic accounts, regularly reviewing progress on a quarterly basis and adapting as needed.
  3. Maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise regarding the company's vision, strategy, and capabilities to offer valuable and impactful services.
  4. Cultivating exceptional relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  5. Invest time in understanding the business initiatives, pipeline, and future requirements of strategic partners.
  6. Contributing to the development and training of the Business Development team to focus on nurturing more strategic business relationships.
