Job Description

Business Development Manager (Midstream)

The Dragonfly Partners have been retained by a global, diversified market leader in the coatings solutions space to hire Business Development Manager to support their Midstream Operations throughout the USA.


The focus is on developing and winning new business within the Midstream sector, selling to midstream construction companies.


The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in selling liquid epoxy and field joint coatings would be preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge of midstream contractors, and construction company contacts.
  • A proven track-record of business-to-business technical sales to the midstream sector

The individual will need to be a technical salesperson, and someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to sell a high value proposition to end-users with confidence.


This position owns a market segment within a larger company with a leading benefits package and internal career development and progression opportunities. They have a proven track record of promoting from within with a very low attrition rate.


This position may be based anywhere in the USA, but there is a preference for candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma. Travel will be required approximately 25% of the time.
