Senior Manager(S) Business Development - Biologics

I am partnered with a global CRDMO in a significant period of expansion to add 2 Senior Managers of Business Development to their Biologics team.

My client has established a reputation as a world-leader in R&D services across a plethora of modalities. With a legacy of excellence across, US, Europe, and APAC, this is a great opportunity to join a leading commercial team and work closely with the senior leadership to achieve business development goals.

In his high-impact role you will be joining the US BD in their commercial efforts through your business acumen and sales abilities. Technical and commercial experience of the space is required in this high-performance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with broader technical and operational teams for business growth
• Generate sales to achieve individual and team targets
• Market penetration activities
• Win new customers in the Biologics market in defined territory

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field (advanced degree highly preferred)
• Existing commercial experience in large molecule arena
• Relevant industry and/or technical experience in the space
