Your Life at ITC Infotech
Business Growth Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Americas DxP Services business leadership team to design and execute strategies for driving services growth in the region.
- Leverage relationships with the greater ITC Infotech ecosystem (cross-sell) and our software partners to identify joint business opportunities and coordinate sales campaigns.
Sales Campaign Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment during joint campaigns.
- Coordinate and support sales campaigns with software partners to maximize market penetration and sales performance.
- Advanced presentation skills
- Produce and deliver polished and professional proposals
Services Pipeline Development:
- Lead strategic proposal response development for follow-on business
- Drive initial value propositions for DxP Services solutions through effective proposals
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our DxP Services offerings and strategic objectives.
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Support complex technical concepts to diverse audiences: presentations, sales campaigns / RFPs / RFIs, statements of work etc.
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, prospects, and software partners, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Understand customer needs and challenges to propose appropriate PLM, SLM, CAD, IoT, and enterprise-wide planning solutions.
Business Coordination and Reporting:
- Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients: operations team, workforce management, finance teams, ITC Infotech service lines.
- Effectively plan and accurately forecast bookings, revenue, and margin
- Keep on strengthening our internal processes, systems, and templates through continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and sales initiatives simultaneously with precision and attention to detail, and ability to drive them successfully to closure.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites or corporate events.
- At least two years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B enterprise technology context
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Proven track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. (Equivalent work experience can be considered)
- An understanding of PLM, SLM, CAD, IoT, and/or enterprise-wide planning solutions would be an advantage.
- Strong presentation
