UNITED STATES / FULL-TIME - 1099/SALARY/ REMOTE


Done. is the nation's largest hybrid psychiatric care platform specializing in the treatment of low acuity mental health conditions with a primary focus on ADHD, for now. Our mission is to empower everyone to reach their fullest potential.


We are looking for an Healthcare Business Development Manager to work within growth/sales team. Done has built a revolutionary psychiatric care platform through innovative automation and best-in-class clinical processes that help patients and clinicians to achieve better clinical outcomes and automation of clinical processes, responsible data collection and calculation, and follow-ups assist clinicians in driving better clinical outcomes. By combining 150+ in-person offices along with trusted clinical partnerships and ongoing virtual care, Done is able to meet patients whenever and wherever they are to deliver holistic world-class psychiatric care nationwide.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
  • Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly
  • Collaborate with product marketing to articulate Done’s value proposition to identified subsectors and prioritize potential partners
  • Develop relevant business plans for target sector (health system/provider markets) with clearly defined strategies and objectives
  • Comply with organizational requirements for documentation designated systems and processesEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Target, drive, and close new revenue-generating customer opportunities through strategic selling and establishing relationships with prospective customers; ensure future retentionPrepare and present proposals and bids
Skills/Qualifications:


  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Deep knowledge and of the health systems industry and existing relationships therein
  • Minimum 3-6 years of healthcare sales experience with a focus on health systems/providers; minimum 6-12 years total experience
  • Deep understanding of health systems landscape and existing relationships therein; healthcare experience is requiredBasic understanding of the diagnostic testing industry and/or SaaS platforms a plus
  • Experience leading deal discussions with health systems executives and/or C suite decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software
