We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic Hospitality group in Fort Myers, FL to find a talented System Administrator to join their team. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch remote and onsite service and support to our valued customers. We are seeking a proactive problem solver who can handle escalated issues and ensure their proper resolution. Responsibilities
Take ownership of escalated issues from the support team and collaborate with business stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
Provide exceptional IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-V.
Offer support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, and Office 365.
Implement and support disaster recovery solutions, such as Veeam, to ensure business continuity.
Deliver technical services and support at the network level, covering WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and security tools.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
Proficiency in routing, switching, and network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
Familiarity with Linux, VMware, and Chromebooks.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
