- 4+ years of successful work experience as a BDR/SDR/Outbound Sales Hunter
- You can interpret complex “IT language” and speak attractive human “customer language”
- High literacy in MS Office
- Lead generation: LinkedIn, social media, prof platforms, online-offline events
- Good business knowledge and management skills
- Proven organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Highly professional business English C2
- Success in outbound B2B sales of IT services to clients who operate in highly competitive businesses
- Emotional intelligence and empathy toward clients
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills – You express tech and non-tech concepts clearly and concisely

- Negotiate deals and sell IT services to prospective clients
- Plan well for the company’s financial success
