The Opportunity:
We want someone who thinks big is eager to own the sales function and scale revenue at this world-class web development solutions company devoted to turning business owners’ goals into a digital reality.
During the starting period, this is commission-only, and a base salary of up to $45k/yr will be added thereafter.
The purpose of this role is to generate prosperity for you, the company, and (most of all) the client!
What you would be doing:
- Sales (40%) - Responding to incoming leads and convert them into sales.
- Business Development (60%) – Performing outreach activities to acquire new business – paid tools to be able to achieve this will be provided. Finding websites that are ugly, so we can make them sexy!
- Closing - Running one-on-one meetings with prospects to interest them on our web development solutions… and get them closed!
- Coordination - Coordinating closely with the operations team to find the best service for your prospects, and to get them estimates.
- Learning – Developing intimate knowledge of our products and features and who would most benefit from them. (Continued education in IT is also highly desirable.)
- Customer Research – Researching customers to generate better likability, and to deduce what better what their needs are.

- Communication – Someone who has a solid grasp business-level English, listening attentively and accurately align our solutions with their prospect’s problems, who responds in a timely fashion, and originations communication when relevant.
- Appearance – Someone who knows they also communicate with their appearance, which gives their prospects confidence in them and our company.
- Confidentiality – Someone who expresses professional discretion where applicable.
- Conflict – A person who is able to proactively seek out where conflict may arise, avoid it while maintaining friendly connections with their prospects and colleagues, and diffuse situations where they arise.
- Initiative – Somebody who wants to find and help create solutions to problems as they arise.

- Free Previews – We are confident in our services; we will offer your prospects free previews of our work to assist in making them as confident as we are.
- Paid Tools – We will sponsor your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account – and/or whichever accounts you deem necessary to generate new projects (within reason).
- Size of Sales – We have multiple pricing tiers: this role primarily focuses projects ranging from $1,500 to $30,000 to start and goes all the way up into the 7 digits. If you are an experienced salesperson, we can start you off higher.
Must-haves:
- Experience – Must have some experience in IT sales, web development or 3D modeling sales where you met or exceeded expectations.
- IT Knowledge – Able to communicate with IT jargon, general understanding of IT projects, general IT team structure, understand the cost of developers and other experts, etc.
- Sales Knowledge – Understands and can run a sales pipeline from contact, to negotiation, drafting contracts, etc., to closing and starting service.
