Job Description

New role developed specifically to grow the Consumer Construction Packaging Industry!


Plans for a new manufacturing plant that will allow for increased capacity is in need of a Business Development Leader to uncover new customers and applications that drive revenue opportunities for the market segment. You will identify key market trends, drive market assessment, and develop deep value propositions that solidify long lasting relationships in CPP industry. Lead the development of the network utilizing your deep connections in the industry. This is a remote position in the USA.

You'll be a great fit if:

  • 3+ years of Business Development experience capturing and identifying new markets
  • 5+ years in Color Concentrate sales focused on the Consumer, Construction, Packaging and/or Appliance markets
  • Working knowledge of plastics, resins, and molding processes such as injection and blow molding, sheet extrusion.
