Remote Business Development Sales Manager

We are seeking a sales and operations manager to join our team. You will be responsible for selling various types of life insurance policies to new and existing clients as well as finding, recruiting and training teams across the region to expand our company and reach more clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly team training calls
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Present and write insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient In Word, Excel, Power-point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with others
• Ability to problem solve and work on processes that will help with overall team success
• Must have or be willing to get Life Insurance Producer License
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong level of integrity in the workplace
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, sales or other related fields a plus
• Marketing/Social Media skills a plus
