About The Role
Feel, a VC backed start-up, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving our top of the funnel sales pipeline, leading and executing on business development initiatives, and generating opportunities for more sales demos for the team and the CEO. This role requires a unique blend of business development prowess and ability to execute on sales goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will significantly influence the company's overall performance and revenue generation. The director will work closely with other executives, marketing, partners, and sales teams to drive new business and fuel our growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Business Development Rep (BDR) Management and Oversight: Supervise all outgoing BDR emails and content, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
- Customer Success and Account Management: Support the Customer Success team and CEOs by managing the sales aspects of existing accounts and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Assist the CEO in managing the sales pipeline and nurturing leads through to the deal-closing stage.
- Agency and Consultant Management: Work closely with marketing consultants and agencies to align them with the company's vision, story, and sales strategies.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Manage the lead pipeline to ensure efficient lead qualification, follow-up processes, and conversion rates.
- Targeting and Prioritizing Leads: Build hit lists, identify target demographics, and ensure the sales team is focused on generating leads from the most relevant low-hanging fruits.
- Event Management: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and dinners, leveraging these opportunities for networking and lead generation.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for top-of-the-funnel lead generation and demo booking to directly contribute to sales growth.
- Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet and exceed monthly targets for scheduling demos and driving sales growth.
- Referral Program Management: Oversee a referral program from existing customers, developing strategies to encourage and reward customer referrals.
This role is a strategic blend of business development, sales, and marketing oversight, aiming to fuel our company's growth and secure our position in the market.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
- 3+ proven experience in a similar role in the B2B and ecommerce space.
- Proven track record for meeting goals.
- Excellent execution skills, delivering on performance goals

- Travel from time to time
- Location – working from home across the US. Southern Florida is an advantage
