Healthcare Sales And Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader who has experience and relationships to key healthcare decision makers at clinics.

What you’ll do:

You’ll develop and help close new business opportunities. You will find hospitals, health care centers, ambulatory clinics, behavioral / community clinics, hospice and other health organizations who need help finding great clinicians.

• Manage all facets of sales cycles
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and key decision makers to identify opportunities and secure new business
• Identify, and connect with individuals and health care organizations who would be strong prospects for our staffing solutions
• You will research prospective customers, develop outreach strategies, identify prospects, reach decision makers, and close business.
• Close new business consistently
• Accurately forecast opportunities

What you’ll need:

• A strong network of hospital / healthcare decision makers
• Documented evidence that you are top producer
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
