- Customer Support Respond to and complete customer requests for quotes in a legible, accurate, and timely manner. Follow-up with customers about open quotes to close the sale. Work as customer advocate with internal departments to ensure processing of returns, credits and replacement orders. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve other customer issues or requests.
- Customer Interaction Essential driver of the customer experience for Fire/EMS services. Create and execute a territory plan. You will build, develop, and manage accounts within your assigned territory.
- Daily Production Complete an average of 35+ calls per day. Meet or exceed sales quotas through a high volume of customer touches. You will be required to use our Portal Reporting to develop call targets within your assigned territory. Maintain customer information in CRM and other technology tools like Great Plains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to prepare clear, concise business proposals.
- Motivated and energetic self-starter.
- Customer focused with ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes that are mutually advantageous to Company, supplier and customer.
- Sound judgment and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop alternative solutions.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-performance team environment.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (professional, cordial, diplomatic).
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to gain customer commitments and shorten the sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of two (2) years inside sales experience, ideally in the healthcare industry, with a proven track records of meeting/exceeding sales quote.
- Experience in a Clinical based position.
- See and be able to read, write, and interpret text.
- Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Sit, walk, stand, use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and control items or equipment.
